Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Find Palette website located at findpalette.com (the "Service") operated by Find Palette ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Use of the service

Find Palette provides a free, browser-based tool for extracting color palettes from images. You may use this Service for personal, educational, or commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:

• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• You must not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its associated infrastructure
• You must not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the Service for competing commercial purposes

Your images and content

You retain full ownership of any images you use with Find Palette. Because all image processing happens entirely within your browser, no images are transmitted to or stored on our servers.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to use any images you upload or process through the tool
• Your use of those images does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Find Palette and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without our prior written permission.

The color palettes and hex codes generated by the tool are derived from your own images and are not subject to any intellectual property claim by us.

Advertising

Find Palette may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks including Google AdSense. These advertisements help us keep the Service free. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. The color extraction results are generated algorithmically and may not perfectly represent all colors in every image.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Find Palette shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim (which, given the Service is free, will be zero).

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
